Senior Technical Co-ordinator - Residential Development - Croydon

£55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Are you a Senior Technical Coordinator seeking a position within a company with a huge upcoming scheme of works, where you would be able to support a project through from the very start of planning through to completion?

And, right now, as part ofan ambitious development programme, our Housebuilding Central team are looking to appoint a Senior Technical Coordinator to work in support of a growing team and multiple upcoming developments.


Main Responsibilities of the Role

  • Assisting in appointing and managing a team of external design consultants.
  • Offer expertise and guidance in coordinating the design brief for the external consultants.
  • Organise briefings and update reports from the design team on the progress of the project.
  • Your involvement will begin right from the land buying and tendering stage, providing input and guidance on behalf of the technical team.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Estimating, Surveying, Buying, Sales, Marketing and Construction), as well as coordinate with external authorities to ensure that the design meets the brief and meets all approvals, licences and agreements.
  • Be on hand to aid and expertise with any issues that arise relating to the technical side of the project.
  • Proactively recommending technical and design solutions with regards to products, detailing and methodology
