Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Assist part sales, customer accounts, warehouse inventory and shipping to increase parts revenue and deliver a better customer experience.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.


More specifically, the person will:

  • Support customer accounts to ensure they receive requested information quickly.
  • Develop a relationship over the phone with customer accounts at multiple levels.
  • Work to develop a proactive sales approach to improve our customer's ability to have the parts
when they need them including placing outbound calls to customer accounts.

  • Help manage returned materials and tracking parts warranty claims to help minimize company expense.
  • Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.


  • Pick

  • Pack
  • Ship duties to ensure the timely shipments of parts to the customer.

EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE - COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Secondary School
  • Prior experience working in parts sales, warehouse duties and Customer Service is required
  • Previous experience around machinery or automotive is a plus Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Forklift operator license

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
