A large global software development business is looking for a Solution Architect to join their Global Brand Supply Chain Operations team.

As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely together with colleagues across the globe to ensure the success of theTech Sales and Services teams.


Key responsibilities as a Solutions Architect:

  • Collaborate with teams globally and other stakeholders to assure quality and strategic alignment of the proposed solutions and its
  • Contribute with the business consultant to capture customer business processes.
  • Challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation
  • Prevent and where necessary resolve escalations in services proposals and services deliveries, by interacting with stakeholders and where needed with customers by leveraging your extensive expertise in content and governance.
  • Provide transparency of activities and measurable results

Required skills:

  • Relevant tertiary education degree with proven experience in Technical Sales, or Solution Architect/Consultant role in the Workforce Planning domain focusing on Supply Chain Planning software solutions.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the Workforce Planning industry: aviation workforce for ground operation and air traffic control, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) crew for line maintenance and hangar maintenance, police/defense workforce, or crewat the port terminal.
  • Display an analytical and architectural mindset in combination with an understanding of business processes and value. The ability to present, standup for and negotiate your solutions to stakeholders internally, but also in the customer organization.
  • Previous experience with largerscale, complex software implementation.
  • Diplomatic ability to obtain buyin from internal stakeholders and customers on the adoption of best practices and accelerators.
