This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic person with a 'can do' attitude to join our new International Recruitment Team.

As Pastoral & Cultural Support AHP you will play a key role in enhancing the experience of international recruits joining the Trust, ensuring they receive a smooth transition into the UK and the NHS, supporting their integration into the local area and their ward / department.

You will work closely with the AHP'S and their Managers to support all aspects of the onboarding process ensuring that the pastoral care our internationally recruits need is in place.

You will help with their arrival, welcome and accommodation arrangements. You will be on hand to offer practical support, advice and guidance to newly arrived international AHP'S.

As well as fulfilling a crucial pastoral support role, you will be responsible for ensuring their integration into practice in their department / ward.

You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines, great organisational skills and a desire to provide brilliant customer service.

You must be adept at problem solving and able to deal with challenges positively and calmly.
