Head of HR | Salary up to £70,000 | Warrington
Zachary Daniels is partnering with a warrington based Business on their search for a Head of HR.

We are looking for a senior HR professional to join the organisation at this exciting time.

As Hcad of HR, you will take a lead role in formulating and delivering the HR strategy and policies across all aspects of the function from recruitment to training/developmentand comp and bens.

You will champion the company's values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour as well as being a visible, approachable, and highly effective presence within the business.

We are looking for a real 'do-er', someone who can confidently action the strategy, prioritise multiple tasks within a busy workload, and provide true HR business partnership to all functions within the organisation.

A proven ability to create and deliver an effective people strategy
An individual who is proactive, levelheaded and agile, leading with integrity and organisational maturity.
Superior interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable manner.
A curious mindset, thinking innovatively and rationally to come up with creative solutions
