Responsibilities:


  • To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
  • Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers through a 121 personal shopper style approach to sales.
  • To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and supporting the managment leading the team.

Requirements:


  • Must have 2 year of experience in retail, luxury retail is preferred as a Team Leader.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
  • Energetic, confident and with a target driven attitude.

Offering:

- up to £35 000 annual basic salary based on experience.
