Description

The post holder will support the Clinical System team in the delivery of technology to staff in Primary Care, empowering process change through technology and being a champion of digital technology.

You will be required to create and deliver high quality training for all primary care staff in innovative and flexible ways engaging and supporting staff with their learning and development in use of digital systems (clinical and non-clinical).

Analyse and create work processes for Primary Care using clinical systems to assist with standardisation and improved efficiencies.

Supporting practices to expand and develop the digital first offer by identifying training needs and developing plans for the inclusion of all practice staff to meet digital training requirements.
