About Our Client:

Luxury retailer with offices based in West London.

The successful HR Officer will be responsible for:

Being the first point of contact for all HR enquiries
Advising on employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinaries
Liaising with the recruitment team with all recruitment coordination
Assisting the Payroll Manager with payroll
Supporting the wider HR team with HR Operations

The Successful Applicant:

The successful HR Officer will have:

Previous experience working within a HR team in a retail or multi-site environment
Confident in managing their own employee relations case work
The ability to manage various different stakeholders
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

My client is looking for a handover period and would ideally like an immediate start if possible

What's on Offer:

The successful HR Officer can expect a salary between £35-40,000 plus benefits.
