We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our EMEA Marketing team as a
Marketing Campaign Specialist based within our EMEA Headquarters in Inchinnan, Paisley.


How you will make an impact:

As an integral part of the EMEA Life Sciences marketing team, you will collaborate with our market development teams (our internal clients) to deliver tactical marketing activities in line with their strategic marketing campaigns, which build customer value, revenue, and growth.

You will leverage your excellent marketing project management skills by facilitating and contributing to discussions about coordinated customer journeys, messaging, brand compliance, and channel selection (based on an in-depth knowledge of the marketing mix) to ensure the delivery of key marketing projects in the EMEA region, whilst measuring results to ensure maximum impact and performance.


What you will do:


  • Be the marketing operations partner for our Regional Market Development Managers (RMDs) for specific assigned projects.
  • Deliver high quality service for our internal customers in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate and contribute to project planning discussions to achieve strategic objectives. Contributing towards project/campaign plans which take the customer's multichannel approach into consideration. Using technical and channel understanding to advise on project plans, timelines, content and formats.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and tactics by engaging with the right internal and external partners. Managing the production processes and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with the RMD's and Data Management on the most suitable target market for projects.
  • Ensure brand and legal compliance:
  • Have a sound understanding of brand guidelines and basic legal/regulatory requirements and communicate these to others, when required.
  • Collaborate with Global brand, marketing and legal teams on approval for tactics and creative approach.
  • Write clear, concise briefs, liaise with selected external vendors and ensure the best value at all times, including managing creative pitch processes when required.
  • Lead and coordinate the procurement of 3rd party media, print, promotional giveaways and translations to support the delivery of EMEA projects.
  • Ensure tracking is in place for all promotions and activities to allow for full project measurement.
  • Measure all project/campaign results against objectives and targets set.
  • Support the improvement of project performance by focusing on quality of design, copywriting, messaging, visuals, brand alignment and a simple and appealing customer journey that is relevant to the audience.
  • Provide regular updates to internal clients and keep them updated on project status.
  • Work on various adhoc projects as required for the Marketing organisation.

Who we are we looking for?:
You might not have a scientific background, but you will bring strong marketing skills from other sectors


We're looking for someone who is:

  • Able to prioritise and is highly organised, with experience of balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of using data to measure campaigns and to make recommendations to improve performance.
  • Be proactive and show initiative on tasks, enjoys working within a team and independently to meet key goals and objectives.
  • Able to communicate ideas to shape the project and tactical messaging, produce content and creative that targets diverse customer groups.
  • Comfortable building relationships and managing partners to understand objectives and enable campaign delivery.
  • A confident Marketing professional with a creative eye and phenomenal attention to detail who holds a Marketing degree or similar, and who has experience in similar roles.


As this position covers all of EMEA, you should be comfortable working with people from various cultures and have strong communication skills.
