Certs Assured is a company who specialises in lifting equipment.

We hire, sell and service products across the southern side of the country, all of which are backed up by a team of motivated and talented people.

We also provide a very good training suite for individuals and companies to operate legitimately and on the right side of the HSE and Law whilst at work.


The job advertised is for a Sales Administrator who will work with the other staff and work closely with our customers.

from time to time you may also be needed to work with the Operations Director, completing administration tasks.


The Role & Key Responsibilities:


Brand Ambassador:

you will be the first person our customers/suppliers speak to as you answer incoming calls; dealing with or directing the calls as appropriate to Internal team members.


Customer Service:
you will ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely, professional manner. This could be creating, checking or chasing up quotes or booking trainers on different training jobs. This job is varied with different tasks.

Processing Bookings & Orders:
using your attention to detail you will ensure that all orders have correct quantities and pricing.

Be Part of the Team:

you will work closely with all members of the whole business group, supporting them with customer or supplier queries, attending regular team meetings and general office administration as required.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
Essential


  • Minimum of two years in an administration role.
  • Capable of short hand writing and fast typing skills.
  • Passionate about great customer service.
  • Excellent professional phone manner.
  • Strong Microsoft skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in English) verbal and written.
  • Good problemsolving capability and confidence to react promptly to deliver the best service possible.
  • High level of both time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Uses initiative and works well under pressure and to tight deadlines when needed.
  • The means to get to work on time.
  • Must be able to work in the UK and able to travel when required.

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
