Recra is working in partnership with a reputable recruitment agency who are currently seeking a Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their team at their office based in Leicester City Centre.

This is an exciting role with fantastic individual growth & team prospects working within an established branch with a solid client base.


Job Description & Purpose:


To take the lead in identifying new market trends and sectors to acquire new business from developing new client relationships.

Responsible for servicing and prospecting to a mixture of high and low-value new businesses in the region of clients using 1- 50 temps a day.


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in Managing a small team of up to 4 consultants at varying levels of experience, to plan and set daily routine tasks for completion.
  • To interview and select a workforce to meet the client's requirements.
  • To deliver excellent customer service to maximize profits and minimize the risk of client dissatisfaction.
  • Keeping accurate records and working in accordance with Employment Legislation and best practice.
  • To grow the market share of the business by selling the services of recruitment solutions to new and existing clients and maintaining strong client relationships to maximize margins.
  • Meet and exceed the financial goals of the plan/branch.
  • To contribute to the performance of others as a mentor and leader to steer and guide work capability through upholding best practices and operating standards.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

Qualifications:


  • 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong sales and customer service background from within the recruitment sector specialism.
  • Project planning and time management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Own transport and willing to travel and visit clients face to face.

Salary:
Starting at £26k depending on experience and a great OTE also.


Standard hours:
Monday - Friday.

Must have a driving license.
