Description
Our client Yamazaki Mazak, is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.

They now require a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their existing team. 365 Resourcing are the preferred supplier, working on behalf of Mazak.


Main role
Development and management of data-driven digital marketing strategy and platforms to increase brand awareness, customer conversions and enquiries.


This is an ideal opportunity for a driven, dynamic, positive, and proactive individual, who will help the company achieve their digital plans, and be an influential person in helping to shape the future of the business.


Strategic Objectives

  • Lead the research, development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Support wider European marketing campaigns through digital marketing activities
  • Datadriven reporting and optimisation of marketing campaigns and digital channels
  • Lead and support website editing and development
  • Digital advertising (PPC, SEO, sponsored social)

Main responsibilities

  • Create leadgenerating activities and track them through Google and CRM
  • Create and implement a clear and measurable digital marketing plan to support the Marketing strategy
  • Run campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
  • Analyse and report on the results and findings from all campaigns
  • Create social media collateral and support the social media strategy across Europe and individual channels
  • Develop and manage the company Youtube channel
  • Manage the company website and monitor and improve SEO performance
  • Create new, optimised web pages
  • Develop targeted digital content according to channel and customer
  • Implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with your team, product group, sales and other internal teams
  • Supervise agency creative development of promotional materials
  • Support all other functions of the Marketing Team

Essential Skills

  • Experience of managing PPC campaigns
  • SEO/SEM experience
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) i.e. WordPress
  • Familiarity with a CRM
  • Google Analytics experience for reporting
  • Ability to present data and findings effectively to stakeholders
- "A" grade in GCSE Maths and English with excellent communication skills


Preferred Skills

  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Wider use of Google suite
  • Able to conduct keyword research
  • Knowledge of and ability to edit HTML code
  • Photoshop/design skills i.e. Canva
  • Experience with working with technical products
  • Creative flair with the experience of working with external agencies
  • At least two years of proven digital marketing experience
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across digital channels

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
