KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Recruitment Coordinator will provide a comprehensive recruitment service to the organisation, transacting all offer and onboarding activities in line with work instructions and within agreed timescales.

Give recruitment advice and respond to queries, working in line with the Recruitment Policies and Processes.

There are 5 key areas of support:

1. Compliance/Audit and Document Management

2. Support the HR Direct ticketing activity and inbox

3. Support Management Team (providing general administrative support etc.)

5. Talent Support

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Previous success in a busy administrative role
Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and written.
Ability to remain adaptable and flexible.
Strong customer orientation.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, multitask, work collaboratively problem solve while maintaining flexibility and meeting timelines

Desirable:

Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Previous use of SAP SuccessFactors recruiting
