Position:
Operations Support

Location:Stevenage, Herts

Salary:£18,000 - £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract:Permanent, Full-Time, Monday

Friday, 9am
5pm

Operations Support:

Have you got previous experience working in an administration or customer service position?

Job Duties:

Answering main switchboard calls
First line support for the ASM's and clients
Logging service call outs and PPM jobs on Protean
Booking couriers
Writing quotations and issuing them to clients
Ordering parts/equipment from suppliers
Arranging returns of faulty equipment to suppliers
Setting up new service contracts in Protean and issuing them to the client
Issuing Welcome Packs to new clients
Sending loan equipment out to the engineers
Reporting for key clients
Monitor the End of Day (EOD) reports and keep updated alongside the engineer
