9-5pm.


As the first point of contact for the client build and maintain effective professional customer relationships and communications, providing continuous customer service.

Answer the helpdesk telephones and address all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.


Liaise with customers when scheduling jobs and maintenance visits ensuring engineers attend at a within timescale and in line with the schedule of works.

Ensure all progress is captured and updated for jobs and quotes in the CAFM system. Keep a log of any issues preventing the progress of work orders or quotes. Update notes and appointments as and when job progresses in the system.

Create reports from system as required by your Line Manager.

Prepare and raise sales invoices in system and send to client.

Provide administrative support to the Commercial team as required.

Undertake other duties which commensurate with the job role as directed by your Line Manager.

Log and schedule jobs on the CAFM systems ensuring job completion and contractual KPI's are met.

Carry out regular analysis of schedules to achieve effective delivery of engineering resource.

Communicate with engineers and sub-contractors to ensure jobs are progressed through to completion.

Co-ordinate and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure a delivery service is met in line with the client's requirements.


Raise and co-ordinate follow on jobs and appointments following operative's requests working with supervisors and their technical knowledge to ensure durations and descriptions are correct.


Raise purchase orders within the system for materials in order for the engineers to complete their jobs in a timely manner ensuring costs and contract thresholds are adhered to.

Update relevant customer portals with all information as required.

Create daily update report of quotes open quotes in progress and quotes accepted for Line Manager.


Analyse jobs, both reactive and PPM and allocate to the correct engineer resource based on location, skill, priority, and customer requirements.

Ensure sub-contractor compliance documents are valid and uploaded on the system.

Co-ordinate operative sickness and annual leave, rescheduling or reallocating jobs that cannot be covered.

Track planned v actual progress of the PPM schedule.
