    Join a Leading Mid-Market Private Equity Firm as a Junior Associate

    We are seeking an ambitious and analytically strong candidate to play a core role across the full deal lifecycle from sourcing and execution to portfolio strategy and exit planning.

    About the Role

    • Support deal teams through origination, execution, and portfolio management
    • Build sophisticated financial models (including LBOs) and conduct valuation analyses
    • Drive industry and company research to support investment theses
    • Assist in preparing investment committee papers and strategic board materials
    • Participate in commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
    • Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs, and support value creation efforts
    • Liaise with advisers and contribute to cross-functional deal workstreams

    Your Qualifications

    • 2–4 years' experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction services, or private equity
