Senior Product Manager

Avanti Recruitment is working with an international software company that specialises in the online vehicle retailing & financing sector and they are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help deliver on their exciting growth plans.

The company's software is accessed by 80,000 retailers across the UK alone and they are currently expanding in Germany, Italy & France with even bigger plans in the works over the next few years.

As the Senior Product Manager you will have a real commercial focus. You should have experience working in a fast-paced, commercially driven organisation in managing a B2B product. Ideally, you will have managed a direct P&L line for your product.

They operate remotely and once a month the company gets together to get everyone's input and discuss goals and aspirations for the following month.

The company will cover travel, accommodation, and food costs and they usually host in hotels such as the Hiltonin the Manchester area.

Essential experience:

Experience of managing highly successful B2B products
Experience in product discovery as a means to prioritise decisions, and communicate the why.
Experience of working in a fastpaced, commercially driven environment.
Experience leading and managing teams
Opinions and ideas about improving team happiness
Opinions and ideas about improving team productivity
An interest in ways of working (organisational design, patterns and practices)
Experience in agile product environments

They offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 along with 25 days Holiday (with an additional birthday off and a buy & sell holiday option), private health insurance, uncapped training budget and more.
