We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated neonatal matron to join our friendly level 2 SCBU units and neonatal community outreach teams on both clinical sites, Frimley Park Hospital and Wexham Park Hospital.


If you are dedicated to contributing to a team striving to deliver excellence in neonatal care and serious about pursuing a rewarding career in neonatal nursing, then this is the role for you.


You will be accountable for the neonates and their family experience and the delivery of high-quality services within the neonatal units on both sites, ensuring efficient and effective management of all resources to deliver safe and effective neonatal care in an environment of continuous improvement.


As a professional lead in this service, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills as well as leading and influencing change.
