Job Opportunity: Insolvency Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage cases of various sizes and complexity, including Administrations CVLs MVLs CVAs Bankruptcies.

• Key responsibilities include managing pre-appointment progression and closure of cases, liaising with directors, shareholders, creditors, accountants, solicitors and agents both before and after appointments. Additionally the individual will provide regular progress reports maintaining IPS setup training junior staff monitoring WIP costs to budget closing cases including final accounts statutory filing attending marketing events opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law with experience in case management.
