_Petrofac is seeking a __Shutdown Coordinator - _
_Contractor for 6 months based in Aberdeen, UK._

_The role is outside IR35 and we invite Limited Companies to engage._

  • Ensure the safe and efficient planning and execution of turnarounds for all operated assets
  • Ensure activities are in compliance with Installation Safety Case and Statutory Legislation
  • Develops and Coordinates complex set of planning and preparation activities following a milestone chart. Ensure the milestone chart and TAR plan covers all key major business objectives that must be addressed within the TAR
  • Deliver the TAR in line with and in accordance with relevant Petrofac / Client procedures.
  • Adhere to Gate process and present in accordance with the Client timeline.
  • Ensure that a robust HSE Plan is in place, that all highrisk tasks are identified and that subcontractors are correctly inducted, including permit to work procedures and requirements
  • Ensure a review of the previous DFPV is carried out to maximise BOC and tool time
  • Ensure a review of the previously lessons learned is completed and incorporated into the upcoming TAR
  • Input Management and Technical expertise to the TAR process
  • Demonstrated experience of turnaround planning and execution activities, preferably gained in a variety of operating environments. Experienced in the use of Risk Based Work selection to ensure the TAR has key drivers, objectives and critical paths
  • Liaise closely with all shutdown stakeholders, always ensuring alignment.
  • Ensure that all Integrity threats, Project scopes, Maintenance requirements and SC PM's have been identified and included within the worklist
  • Facilitate the setting and approval of shutdown objectives, scope of work and scheduling
  • Ensure that shutdown activities are fully planned and resourced with manpower, equipment and materials
  • Carry out risk assessments on high risk and critical path elements of the work scope
  • Ensure all Construction and Commissioning subcontractors on project are managed
  • Ensure Management of Change process is adhered to
  • Verify that the engineering deliverables provide adequate instructions for the work, and resolve any deficiencies or clarifications as required

  • Manage the shutdown activity work list and plan in conjunction with the Shutdown Planner
  • Oversee reporting systems for daily attainment to plan, issues, growth and look ahead
  • Participate in the 28 Day / 90 Day / 6Q Asset Integrated Activity Planning process
  • Align with TAR KPI's
  • Can work within the provided budget, including accurate forecasting
