Description
Due to continued growth Mitie Telecoms are looking for a Media Project Coordinator to join the team based at our Doncaster office.
_ What is the main objectives of the Media Project Coordinator?_
You will be responsible for the efficient planning of Media builds working closely with the project Manager and field teams which support the project.
This will involve the day to day project tasks, including booking site access, updating trackers and client portals, supporting daily reports back in to the project lead.
_ What are the main role responsibilities?_
- Assist with resource allocation.
- Review and support standing resource.
- Support field teams with daily issues.
- Make sure relevant databases are correct and up to date.
- Collaborate with site providers to gain safe access to Media sites.
- Support Project with resourcing plant and materials.
- Support RFT (right first time).
- Highlight all site issues to project Manager.
- Work closely with Resource Head to support an efficient and safe workforce on all Media sites.
- Ensure health and safety documents are in place and available to the site teams.
- Open and approachable.
- Ability to efficiently plan and programme work.
- Knowledgeable with Media builds.
- Ability to manage own workload effectively.
- Clear thinking and good decision making.
- Calm under pressure.
- Flexible and responsive.
- Ability to communicate accurately, concisely and with confidence at all levels.
- Maintains harmonious communication levels within the team.
- Continues to develop knowledge of the Media industry.
