1st /2nd line IT Support Engineer

Harrow, Middlesex

To £30,000 depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm / 9.30am - 5.30pm.

Great opportunity to join an established IT Managed Solutions Provider.

Supporting a range of clients across a variety of sectors, the role will include

:

1st and 2nd line IT support

Setup, Imaging and Maintenance of PCs and Servers

Setup, Update and Fault diagnosis of Customer IT systems

General Network Support and Troubleshooting

:

Telephony Support and Troubleshooting

:

Call handling: Answering customer queries directly on the phone where required and maintaining accurate records, Explaining technical issues in a clear way to non-technical clients

:

Maintaining client databases with up-to-date solutions and keeping a clear record of all activities involved in the call tracking software. This is an audit-able activity and must contain up-to-date records.

:

- **Installation of Computers, Servers, Networking Equipment and other IT/Peripheral devices on Customer Sites - when fully settled into the role, and on an ad - hoc basis.
