Description
A boutique headcount) pan-European logistics real estate investment manager are recruiting a Finance Manager as a result of continued growth of the portfolio. You will have wide-ranging responsibilities across finance, reporting and compliance,plugging in to multiple areas of the business.

  • Oversight and review of financial reporting, including: tax reporting, quarterly reporting packs, annual accounts and investor reporting
  • Assistance with the preparation of the annual budgets with the asset management team
  • Calculation of quarterly distributions, asset management and development fees
  • Assistance with the preparation of quarterly bank reporting (compliance certificates, debt covenants)
  • Preparing and/or reviewing variance analysis on quarterly actual results versus budget
  • Collaboration and oversight of external service providers (accounting and administration)
  • Assistance with tax structuring and compliance
  • Oversight of accounting regulations in different jurisdictions
  • Assistance with acquisitions and other transactions like financing, restructurings, capex projects
  • Work directly with Senior Management to enhance controls and review processes
  • Collaborate with and support the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Investor Relations and ESG functions
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong academic record to a degree level or equivalent level
  • Exhibits selfmotivation, maturity, independence and appropriate initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to seek out guidance/help where necessary
