A fantastic opportunity has come available for a Spanish and Portuguese speaking Service Delivery Representative role based out of their Manchester City Centre office with future opportunity of hybrid working from home.

The company is very well establishedand has a global client and customer base where by they need people with multilingual ability.

What will you do as a Spanish and Portuguese Service Delivery Representative?

To respond to inbound support calls for the US and South America based businesses, offering advice and excellent customer service
Take ownership of validations to ensure quality service for international platform users, ensuring that any changes or rectifications are actioned in a timely manner
To follow internal processes when validating a user questionnaire, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency;
Take ownership of designated validation targets set by the team leader
To provide professional validation support to all service users ensuring that all

validations on the platform are handled professionally and within a timely manner meeting SLAs

Maintain an appropriate working knowledge of the web based platform in order to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction
Where required, to provide inbound and outbound support to International based platform users on behalf of their customers i.e. to improve any gaps raised in validation
Service delivery advisors will support suppliers and clients using the companys
Providing professional admin support

What skills do you need to work in the Spanish and Portuguese Service Delivery role?

Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese language skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal language skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese

What will you love about working as a Spanish and Portuguese Service Delivery Representative?

Working hours Monday
Friday 4PM 12PM although initial training will be held in the office 8.30AM 5PM for the first 4 weeks
Predominantly work from home once the first 4 weeks training period has completed with occasional travel to the office as and when needed
Salary up to GBP23000
