Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious construction project in East London.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for implementing security protocols and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors.

This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents, including conducting investigations as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and other relevant information
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Must Haves:


  • SIA DS Licence
  • CSCS Card
  • High level of IT Literacy
  • Emergency 1st Aid at Work
  • Experience in incident management, fire systems and emergency protocols
  • Experience in operating and maintaining access control data

Desirables:


  • CCTV Licence

Shift Pattern:


  • Sat & Sun 07:0019:00, Mon to Wed 19:0007:00 (60hrs per week)

Rate:

£11.89/hr


Salary:
£11.89 per hour

Expected hours: 60 per week


Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Every weekend
  • Night shift

Experience:

Security Officer: 3 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid Certification (required)
  • SIA DS Licence
(required)

  • CSCS (required)

Work Location:
In person

Expected start date: 15/04/2024
