Your Role and Responsibilities
Our Consultants are restless for innovation.

They are at the edge of technology, changing the way our customers solve their business problems with ServiceNow, leveraging its capabilities to integrate with other platforms.

You will be working on exciting projects ranging from legacy ServiceNow platforms to migrations, expansions, and greenfield/brownfield projects. Your role will be to work with customers to help realise the value of ServiceNow.


Working closely with the Customer and Technical Teams you will use your ServiceNow Consultant skills to lead the team in building ServiceNow strategies and contribute to solution design by effort estimation as well as costing, staffing, Customer negotiations, orals, and tailoring solutions to budget guidelines, among other priorities.

Who you are
Are you a Consultant with proficient knowledge of the full ServiceNow platform, someone who guides and leads in evaluating ServiceNow related business environments? Could you recommend ServiceNow implementations based on specific needs? Do you have the soft consultative selling skills required to develop and nurture relationships with our customers and develop new opportunities? Are you able to estimate project work in ServiceNow including which integrations add value for functions that ServiceNow does not cover itself?

Do you excel in directing and communicating with teams, as well as reporting and stakeholder management? Have you conducted customer workshops?


You may have ServiceNow certifications, or you will have a breadth of proven consultant experience and are keen to work toward the relevant formalised certifications.


You may have at least 5 years' consultative experience working for a leading consulting or service integrator organisation delivering large-scale complex technical projects for customers.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • An experienced and recognised ServiceNow Consultant with at least 5 years' experience implementing ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • Experience in the ServiceNow platform not limited ITSM and ITOM.
  • A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, platform capabilities, AI features and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • A good understanding of the platform automation workflows using Flow Designer and Virtual Agent conversations using the conversation designer.
  • A good understanding of the automation and AI capabilities of the ServiceNow platform including Predictive. Intelligence, Virtual Agent, LightStep, Automation Engine (RPA).
  • Experience in deploying AIOps solutions including Event Management, OI and Log Analytics.
