Description

The Transformation Team currently have a vacancy for a Nurse, Midwife or Allied Health Professional to provide clinical leadership across NHS Grampian and NHS Orkney to embed Realistic Medicine and Value Based Health and Care.

They will join the dynamic team delivering a prioritised programme of activity and closely liaise with the wider Transformation Team to ensure embed Realistic Medicine and Value Based Health and Care are embedded in all pathway work.

Applicants should have a clinical qualification and an interest in embed Realistic Medicine and Value Based Health and Care along with experience of delivering service change.

This is a fixed term, full time post, until end of April 2024.
