Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing and developing a team. Experience supporting both business and career development.
  • Experience with clients in the enterprise cybersecurity or IT field.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Knowledge of market trends in Cybersecurity and Google Cloud.
  • Ability to build continuous relationships, promoting to Clevel executives across security and IT business units, and ensure customer success and adoption, leading to customer expansion.
  • Excellent problemsolving, communication, and presentation skills.

About the job:


In this role, you will lead a Sales team and grow the cybersecurity business market share in EMEA across accounts in assigned territories.

You will build executive-level relationships, and align our offerings and partners' value proposition to customers' needs.

You will help with prospecting, qualifying, and orchestrating a cross-functional team, leveraging the right resources, including customer engineering, partner management, professional services, and field teams.

Responsibilities:


  • Hire, motivate, develop, and lead a team of specialists to grow and exceed their annual and quarterly accountabilities.
  • Collaborate with the wider Google Sales organization to develop scaled strategies, drive pipeline, and provide oversight to the overall cyber security pipeline health.
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on business and technical levels, and engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.
  • Generate a plan to ensure broad cybersecurity engagement into new Google Cloud accounts and manage crossfunctional partners in complex implementation projects and agreements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence longterm strategic direction, and act as an advisor.
