Summary:


As a Contract Template Specialist within the Technical Support team, you'll play a crucial role in the creation of Contract Templates for Luminance's user base.


You will be responsible for:

  • Inputting data accurately and efficiently (using Microsoft Word & Luminance) to generate Contract Templates
  • Collaborating with internal teams and Luminance's clients to collect relevant information and requirements
  • Reviewing and proofreading the templates ensuring accuracy and completeness, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and revisions.
  • Maintaining organised records of template requests

Requirements:


  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Word and other Microsoft Tools
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree at a 2:1 OR relevant professional experience in a data input/entry role
  • Knowledge of legal terminology preferred but not required

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
