The Person:
  • Experienced Recruitment Consultant working in a 360
  • recruitment consultant role.
  • Experience in Finance or Accountancy recruitment or related experience
  • Track record of results
  • Business Development experience is essential.
  • Consultative approach with quality at the heart of your approach
  • Highly selfmotivated and ability to build long term relationships in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, values, led with a strong work ethic.
  • Confident and professional approach

  • Focusing on roles from part qualified to Senior Manager
  • Perm salaries £40k £80k
  • Many roles are exclusive or retained.
  • Clients in Financial Services
  • Asset Management/Private Banking/Commodities Trading/PE and VC
  • Will need to network and build long term relationships.
  • Working in a collaborative environment, as a team player
  • Clear career progression
