Avanti Recruitment is working with an exciting scale-up who are looking for an experienced Ruby Developer to join their team as they continue to expand.

They have built a property management product that covers a range of short and long-stay leases fromevents to more permanent residents.

They have been going from strength to strength and have just secured £6m in funding in the last year, they have been going for the last 8 years and are working with some of the biggest names in the property management space including Allianz and Savills.

They have doubled as a Development Team over the last year and look to add a similar amount of Developers in the next 12 months, so now is an exciting time to join.

They have a range of products but their main SaaS product helps with property management forrental accommodation.

They are looking for a Developer that can work fully autonomously as part of an incredibly agile scrum team that includes Developers, QAs, Designers, and a Product manager, with experience with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Rspec, and Postgres.

Theyare also looking at expanding their tech stack creating new products in languages such as Go, so you will get the opportunity to gain exposure and training in this.
