Higher pay if strong proficiency in pattern making.
Some hand sewing for appliqué.
Some smocking of materials.
Use of industrial brother & jukimachines.
Ability to TAKE INSTRUCTION from designer. Your Job is to make what designer envisions. We do not seek seamstresses who alter or deviate from instructions.
