Review tax calculations and support tax planning.
Support the firm's strategic direction by scoping new business opportunities.
Liaise with clients as their goto advisor, building trusted and longlasting relationships.
Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow and ROI.
Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.
Set an example to the tax team as a proactive and handson Manager.

The Successful Applicant

ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with several years' tax experience within practice.
Previous supervisory experience, with good people management skills.
Able to build a strong rapport with clients, being their goto advisor.
Excellent IT skills and knowledge.
Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire those around you.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and sound organisation skills.
