    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Website Platform Manager based at either our Pembridge site in Herefordshire, UK, or our Wroclaw site in Poland. This is a full-time permanent position, with hybrid working available; you will be able to commute to your nearest site ideally twice a week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end management, performance, and evolution of our global website platform.
    • Ensure the platform delivers a seamless, high-quality experience for customers, supports global marketing needs, and meets enterprise performance, security, and scalability standards.

    Key Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience leading global website projects and/or re-platforming to a headless CMS.
    • Deep familiarity with MarTech tools (e.g. GA4, Dynamics 365, Click dimensions, HubSpot, CMS/PIM systems).
    • Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) and API integrations.
