Digital Product Catalogue Administrator

Angels is the largest and most prestigious costume house in the world and is the gold standard of costuming in the entertainment industry.

Role

Due to the growth of the UK film industry in recent years Angels is looking to digitise their stockholding to enable better asset management across the costume hire process, both internally and externally, with our customers and business partners.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a new department tasked with photographing, physically tagging, and digitally cataloguing over 1 million unique garments.

This is a hands-on full-time role working in our warehouse. Full training is provided, and no previous costume experience is required.

This role is based at our Hendon head office & warehouse, core hours are Monday to Friday, from 09.00am to 5.30pm.

Core responsibilities include:

• Defining key information for each item and inputting this data into our stock database.
• Photographing items (using a camera phone), prepping garments to present them as best as possible, checking images to ensure they represent the product shape and colour.
• Physically tagging garments using a variety of equipment including a heat press & hand sewing.
• Sorting items, prepping them for tagging & returning to stock.

Key Skills

• Good level of computer literacy, familiar with the Microsoft office suite.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Confident taking photos with a camera phone. A keen eye for detail.
• Basic hand sewing skills.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• A team player.
• A capacity to think critically and problemsolve.

Salary is within the range advertised, dependent on experience.

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
