Role SummaryResponsible and accountable for the provision of document control, software support and administrative assistance to the QHSE Departments.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to administer, process and coordinate the document change process in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Update QHSE Intranet pages as required and coordinate news stories, campaigns etc to be posted.
- Update and maintain monthly QHSE statistics, reports and external reporting of incidents to IADC
- Update "day since" tracker and prepare Safety Plaques and Letters in advance
- Prepare QHSE reports and as requested by management or Marketing in relation to Tenders
- Filing of all QHSE documented information and records
- Update and monitor QHSE action trackers and lists as required
- Updating and maintaining environmental data from the fleet
- Create actions (CAPAs) in EHS as required and follow up closure of same as required
- File, track and distribute HSE Alerts to the fleet
- Management System Application (Docmap)
- HSE Reporting Application (EHS Insight)
- Review and monitor monthly Scorecards prepare monthly consolidated report and score cards as request and liaise with RMs to ensure the data, formatting, overall scores correct
- Prepare the monthly QHSE report
- Ensure TNP is regularly updated with names of companies on our rigs
- Complete weekly Crisis Management Team room visits to ensure it is ready for use and update the emergency contact list when there are changes
- Any other administrative tasks or adhoc requirements as requested by the QHSE Director or QHSE Manager Corporate
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be capable of handling high workloads on multiple fronts to demanding deadlines, occasionally outside of normal working hours.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills are required as well as a high level of confidence to work with and report to senior management personnel.
- Previous document control/administrative support experience and skills, preferably working within the areas of QHSE and/or Operations within the oil & gas industry.
- Experience as System Administrator/Superuser of IT systems.
- Experience working with a drilling contractor is preferred.
