This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group's largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel, which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. Customer Operations and Logistics play a key part in the Integrated Operations and Supply Chain. The mission of our area is to contribute to delivering high industry standards in customer service levels and drive optimised management of operating costs that are inherent to the activity.

We believe in strong partnerships, and we work collaboratively with all internal departments, as well as with customers and external suppliers, to achieve our goals.

We aim to become the supplier of choice for our customers, delivering customer centric service and solutions, reducing our environmental footprint while being cost effective and compliant throughout our journey.

The C. Ops Team focuses on managing operational end to end topics related to customers and located within the Order to Cash (O2C) process.

Your unique contribution

You will have 4 main areas of responsibility:

• Managing the Order to Cash (O2C) processand delivering aftercare service to the highest standards.
• Overseeing all customer operational requirements and servicefor a portfolio of clients, including regular meetings, data preparation and tracking, and occasional on-site visits.
• Collaborating cross-functionallywith teams such as Logistics, Planning, Finance, Commercial, Legal, Marketing, Brand Companies, 3PL providers, and other Pernod Ricard affiliates to ensure client needs are met.
• Identifying, proposing, and supporting the implementation of best practicesin processes, with guidance from the Team Leader and the Customer Operations & Logistics Manager.

Your blend of talent

This position could be right for you if you:

• Have solid experience in theOrder to Cash (O2C)process, ideally within an internationalFMCGorlogisticsenvironment.
• Are proficient inERP systems, particularlyJDE Oracle, and have strong familiarity withEDIandRPAtools.
• Possess a deep understanding oforder management,pricing validation,inventory allocation,credit management,export documentation, andIncoterms.
• Demonstrate excellentcustomer serviceandcommunication skills, essential for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners across regions.
• Bring stronganalytical,problem-solving, andorganisationalabilities to manage complex order flows, ensure highOTIFandCFRperformance, and minimise administrative errors.
• Have knowledge ofEU/UK trade regulationsand/orUS import/export regulationsand documentation practices.
• Are comfortable workingcross-functionallywithFinance,Commercial,Supply Chain, andLogisticsteams.
