Duty Team Leader
Ideal Cleaning Services are seeking to recruit a Duty Team Leader at the
EENT Queen's Medical Centre Nottingham

Reporting to:
The Domestics Manager

The role will be to:
Support the Domestics Manager and Team Leaders

Cover all the Domestics Managers Duties during annual leave and days off.

Conduct audits of the cleaning standards throughout the EENT Unit, recording the audit findings and writing of quality reports.

Training and developing the Domestics Team to their full potential.

Previous in a Healthcare Environment preferably in Domestic Services

PC literate in Word and Excel.

Have an eye for attention to detail.

Previous quality auditing experience

An understanding of The National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness

Pay:
Monday to Friday: £11.53

Saturday:
£17.30

Sunday:
£23.06

Pay review due 01 April 2024

Total Weekly Hours: 40: This is a shift position working 5 on 5 off rota 52 weeks of the year with weekend and bank holidays forming part of the shift pattern.

Start Finish Times: 07:00 to 15:30 (Inclusive of 1 unpaid half hour break)
