Sustainability Advisor/Manager - Top 25 Contractor - Essex - up to £60,000 + Package + Bonus

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Sustainability professional to oversee multiple schemes for a rapidly expanding Top 25 Main Contractor.

My client specialises in fast track Design and Build projects between £20-50 million in value.

They are steel frame specialist and a majority of what they build is either new build Retail Parks or logistics/industrial warehouses within the E-Commerce sector, this particular sector is the largest growth sector within the UK at present.

The Position;

Reporting directly into the Group SHEQ Director, they are seeking a competent Sustainability professional (either Advisor looking to step up or intermediate level manager) to oversee multiple projects based from there Romford office.

Ideally you will have previous experience with BREEAM assessments and be able to assist with advising on sustainability across their current project portfolio - Further info available upon request.

What we need from you?

35 years experience working for another Construction Company within a Sustainability or BREEAM Assessor type position.
Degree or Qualification within an Environmental discipline.
Effective communicator with strong organisational and time management skills.
Computer literate with excellent report writing skills.
