    Job Title: Care Assistant

    Job Overview

    We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. No prior social care experience is required, but you must have the Right to Work in the UK and a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
    • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
    • Helping with mobility and transfers within the home
    • Overseeing medication administration and providing medical support
    • Assisting with household chores, including cleaning, cooking, and laundry
    • Running errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions
