The Role - Gatehouse Security Officer**AM Services Group are looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Gatehouse Security Officer to join our team in the Ellesmere Port area

This is a Full Time Permanent Role 42 hours per week, the suitable person would work rotating days and night shifts - 4 on 4 off - 12hr shifts from 06:00-18:00 / 18:00- 06:00 with overtime available


Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors, staff and contractors and manage the gatehouse environment.
  • Lone working
  • Use CCTV to monitor the site
  • Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty
  • Conduct searches within the guidelines of company procedures.
  • Carry out routine patrols around the site
  • Provide a professional service to the client.

Skills Required:


  • Valid SIA Front Line Licence
  • Valid Driving licence
  • CCTV experience but not essential
  • You will need to evidence your honesty, reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Full year checkable work history
