Warehouse Worker


Duties:


  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
  • Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated areas
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and update records

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
  • Proficient in using a forklift or willing to learn how to operate one

Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

Salary:
£9.00-£13.00 per hour
