Hours:
Starting hours will be 37.5 hours a week between :30.

Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays

Salary:
£28,000 + Commission of up to 15% of earnings

About Our Client:


  • They specialise in supporting Independent Mortgage Brokers with their Inhouse Mortgage desk for complex and Packaged cases. They also pay Procuration Fees on the same day of completion via their own Mortgage Club._

The Opportunity
Due to their growth they are looking to recruit an new member to their brokering Team.

They are a successful National Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance brokerage specialising in arranging all types of Residential, Buy to Let, Bridging and Commercial Mortgages.


This opportunity ideally suits an existing mortgage advisor in restricted or limited advising role (maybe with a bank or building society) who is looking to take the next step in their career and become a whole of market mortgage adviser.

The diversity of the Group in the mortgage market place makes it ideally placed to develop existing mortgage advisors.


You will be required to build relationships with prospective clients, and introducers, and advise on mortgage and protection products for mainly residential mortgage business.

IT, Compliance and Training Support Provided.

Back office and admin support available.

Essential:

Fully CeMAP qualified


CAS

Desirable:


1 year experience in a mortgage adviser role _(This does not have to be in a whole of market brokerage, restricted or limited advising is acceptable).
