We are looking for a reliable and driven individual to join our busy Course Delivery Team.Full on the job training will be provided but we are seeking someone with a talent for organisation and team work, who strives to improve our student experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate information is delivered to all students and trainers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with student scheduling. Acknowledge and process any student requests and amendments accordingly.
- Manage the Online delivery of courses and take full responsibility for the tasks involved in these courses, including; precourse administration; course material update; student & trainer queries; technical set up; hosting and resolving technical issues and queries during each session.
- Manage course costings and freelancer invoices.
- Ensuring systems and student contact areas are correct and uptodate, this may involve manual data entry tasks.
Qualifications and experience
- Min. 2 years of experience in Customer Service environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at a professional level
- Ability to prioritise and plan work activities, using time efficiently and developing realistic action plans.
- Adapts easily to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Skillful problem solver
- Ability to respond to common queries or complaints from customers, faculty, or members of the legal community.
- Ability to work well in groups and across functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer Skills:
Experience of managing or operating a LMS and CRM system and using a project management system such as Wrike is preferred.
