The Best Connection are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse Supervisor Shifts / hours:
Early Mon-Thurs 6am-2.30pm & Fri 6am-10am
Afters Mon-Thurs 1.30pm-10pm & Fri 2pm-6pm
Must be willing to give overtime when needed.**
The role details:
- Monitoring warehouse output
- Ensuring warehouse output meets work demand.
- Issuing workload to the team and monitoring progress to achieve targets.
- Maintaining a high degree of H&S
- Supporting the Warehouse Management Team
- The ability to manage operatives in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Motivating and developing your team
- Excellent communication skills with the team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work and multitask
- Experience in a leadership role within the Engineering or Production sector
- Project management skills
- Presentation skills and report writing
- Proficient in Microsoft
