Graphic Designer
LM Sign and Print is growing.

We are now looking for an additional Graphic Designer to join our professional team in a friendly family business based in Cheney Manor, Swindon.

LM was founded in 1988, specialising in Signage and Print Media.

Since 1988, we have grown from a small printing company supporting local customers to a nationwide business, providing print and signage to new and established companies across the UK.

We use the best materials available and are known for our reliable and bespoke services. Often welcoming customers to our studio to see the work in progress. We are a one-stop shop for all design services, signage and printing.


Who we are looking for:

You are likely to be looking for a role that will enable you to significantly increase your experience in the world of commercial design.

You will enjoy working in a customer facing, busy environment in a small team. You'll be creative and able to generate original designs very quickly. You like working closely with your clients, communicating regularly to better understand their requests and develop the required materials. You enjoy being busy and working with others. You like to be hands-on to progress and deliver products to a high-standard. You are comfortable managing your own workload, working on several projects at the same time. You are organised, meaning others can easily follow your work.

You are happy to work autonomously when you have settled into a role, and like to be trusted to get on with the job.

You can be flexible, easily managing changing priorities.


What you will be doing

In Graphic Design, you will create original designs for numerous and varied clients which can include stationery, restaurant menus, banners, digital materials, signage, vehicle graphics and garment printing.

Supporting clients, through the development of proofs and visuals, to reach agreement on an appropriate final product. At times this includes amending clients' visuals.

20 days Annual Leave plus 8 days for UK Bank Holidays

• Are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Also, have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Have a strong portfolio that displays your creativity.
• Have a strong knowledge of print & digital design.
• Have experience in communicating effectively with clients
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
