The Opportunity

Mixtons are building a summer cocktail bar at the Watering Hole in Perranporth and are looking for a full time bar and events manager to run the operation, alongside participating in managing some of our festival pop up bars such as Boardmasters, Rock Oyster Festival.

Who are we? Mixtons is a ready-to-drink cocktail brand that creates classic cocktails with original twists.

Made with soul to meticulous standards, our own-recipe cocktails are designed to reward the curious and adventurous - with surprising twists and fresh flavour combinations that turn the mundane into the memorable and get the good times rolling.

Main Role Purpose.

You will be responsible for day to day running of the bar, being part of a core team of staff and ultimately getting as much 'liquid on lips' as possible through the summer season.

Our cocktails are all pre-made so the priority is on the service.

You will be out-going and reliable, delivering the Mixtons experience to all customers whilst ensuring that the operations of the bar are well executed.

Perfectly positioned on one of Cornwalls prime beaches, this role carries the opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful settings in the country.

Key Responsibilities.

Making and serving cocktails for customers
Keeping on top of stock levels
Providing excellent customer service that goes above and beyond
Liaising with bar manager to maximise opportunities to sell
Ensuring bar area is clean and well maintained
Picking up stock where needed
