Description
The role of the Performance Team Coordinator is to support the successful delivery of external contracts to reach performance objectives and KPIs.
Delivering specific project tasks in line with the projects performance directorate requirements to provide a high-level service offering for the end user.
You will be able to hit the ground running, quickly integrating yourself into the small central head office team in a rapidly growing organisation.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring tasks for all projects are tracked and managed on Asana.
- Assisting with production of project content and delivery of programme content on the user interface.
- Maintenance of project specific mailboxes and responding to user questions.
- Maintaining schedules online and offline for events and live sessions across multiple projects.
- Management of instructor teams and the delivery of a timetable of online services.
- Organisation and client liaison for face to face events, supporting team to deliver successful event based services.
- Client liaison information capture, diary management.
- Liaise with performance specialist and content creators to collate content and programme materials.
- Attending client sites as required, note taking, minute taking, information capture.
- Internal meeting planning diary management of the performance team.
Requirements:
In individual should have:
- A personal interest or experience in strength & conditioning, wellbeing or health & fitness preferable.
- Event management experience advantageous.
- Experience working in an administrative or logistics role.
- Good initiative and ability to work independently or part of a team and,
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
In addition, the individual should be:
- A team player, capable of forward planning, setting individual objectives and target oriented,
- Resourceful, great teamwork spirit and 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability & flexibility, a selfstarter capable of keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practice
Job Types:

Salary:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
