Job Overview:
We are seeking new team members to join us in Poole as part of our back office support team.

The role is expansive and has the opportunity for advancement, but will require someone who is both customer focused and detail-oriented.

The position will suit someone who has good computer skills and is a good communicator.


This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the main point of contact for clients and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
  • Coordinate with clients to find suitable appointment times
  • Ensure accurate data entry of client information into the system
  • Assist in managing and resolving scheduling conflicts or issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Prepare reports and quotations, including CCTV schedules
  • Prepare and submit data utilising client originated reconciliation spreadsheets and / or system portals
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Utilize computerized systems and software such as BigChange, Google Suite, and other office tools
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential
  • Proficient in computer skills including data entry, typing, and using office software
  • Familiarity with BigChange is a plus
  • Familiarity with the drainage, water and / or tanker services is a bonus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
