MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

To manage client communications, by interacting directly with new and existing clients and to complete the administration of a policy.

This job role falls under the FCA's Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) conduct rules. This is due to the nature of your job role falling within financial services activity. It is your responsibility to adhere to the conduct rules.


DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Validating customer documentation received
  • Handling enquiries
  • Contacting customers regarding their policies
  • Offering customers products and services
  • Handling confidential information including client bank details
  • Performing administrative functions
  • Taking payments over the telephone
  • Updating client accounts
  • Adhere to guidelines set by the Financial Conduct Authority
  • Processing customer correspondence Comply with the Data Protection Act

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Be willing to work a shift pattern

Basic Salary = £24,125 (increasing to £25,125 after successfully passing probation)

Bonus = Approximately £500 per month (based on performance)


Shifts:

WK 1:
Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

WK2 :
Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

WK 3:
Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 4pm)


TOTAL:
Average weekly working hours = 42.16

From £24,125.00 per year
